Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

• Non-perishable items (e.g. pots, tools, accessories)

• Items damaged in transit

• Incorrect items received

Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for live plants or seedlings due to their perishable nature, unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy.

Drop us a message on Instagram with the following details:

• Order number

• Items you’d like to return

• Reason for return

• (If applicable) Photos of damage

We'll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if approved.

Return Shipping

​

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

• Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
