Yes, we ship across the UK. Standard and tracked delivery options are available at checkout.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, (or free on orders over £25). Any shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Once it's on it's way, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days via Royal Mail or courier, depending on your location.

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). For small seed orders that go via standard post, tracking may not always be available.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, you can return unused kits or seed packets within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just make sure everything is in its original condition.

Oh no! Please email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll either replace it or refund you - whichever you prefer.

Due to the perishable nature of seeds and plants, we can't accept returns on opened seed packets or live seedlings unless they arrive damaged. If there's an issue, do get in touch - we'll always do our best to help.
